Mr. Patel is president and principal attorney of The Patel Firm PLLC. Mr. Patel’s legal practice is predominantly focused on personal injury and personal injury litigation. He has represented countless injury victims in a wide array of cases, including commercial trucking accidents, workplace accidents, oilfield accidents, insurance disputes, and premise liability accidents. Over the course of his career, Mr. Patel and his staff have secured numerous substantial recoveries for clients across the state of Texas. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Rue Ratings’ Best Attorneys in America, and has been recognized as 40 best under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Bramanti is a trial lawyer and Managing Attorney at The Patel Firm PLLC.  Mr. Bramanti’s practice is primarily focused on representing injury victims after motor vehicle collisions, commercial trucking accidents, workplace accidents, oilfield accidents, and premise liability accidents. Mr. Bramanti has extensive courtroom experience, having tried more than forty cases before a jury as first chair counsel. In his spare time, Mr. Bramanti enjoys spending time with his extra-large family, including twelve nieces and nephews.

Over the course of his legal career, Mr. James D. Baskin has proven himself a highly skilled attorney and an extremely effective litigator. He has successfully represented hundreds of injured clients from automobile accidents, truck accidents, commercial vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and premises liability cases. Mr. Baskin is precise and detail-oriented.  Whether he is conducting complex legal research and preparing clients for trial, or securing a favorable jury verdict, his continued dedication and steadfast professionalism are evident in the millions of dollars he has successfully recovered for his clients throughout the course of his career.

Spencer J. Breunig is a seasoned litigator. His practice is primarily focused on personal injury claims and litigation. Mr. Breunig was raised in northeastern Massachusetts and attended law school at the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover. He has represented clients in a wide variety of cases, including commercial trucking accidents, auto accidents, and premise liability accidents.  When Mr. Breunig is not in the office, he is a curious musician and a dedicated husband and father to three wonderful daughters.

Mr. David J. Hatcher is a seasoned litigator who has been involved in the resolution of thousands of injury claims over the course of his almost twenty-year career. His practice primarily focuses on commercial and noncommercial vehicle collisions, workplace, and premises injuries. Mr. Hatcher is an accomplished negotiator and trial attorney with experience in both jury and bench trials.

Mr. Hatcher is a certified mediator, a member of the Texas Bar College and a National Trial Lawyers Top 100.  When Mr. Hatcher is not advocating on behalf of his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, writing, and enjoying the outdoors.
