What Happens If You Get In An Accident Without A License In Texas?
According to Texas law, everyone driving on a public road in Texas must have a valid driver’s license, and it must always be on them while driving according to Chapter 521 of the Texas Transportation Code. Getting a driver’s license is a benefit you enjoy as a result of an agreement between you and the state that requires you to follow laws and practice safe driving, or you risk forfeiting the privilege given to you. This plays an important role in ensuring safe roadways. If you were involved in a Corpus Christi car accident without a valid license, you would be issued a ticket by the police when they arrive at the scene.
